Housing Projects

Summer Housing’s aim is to deliver better quality of life, increased independence and reduced lifetime care costs for people with disability and complex care needs. We do this through the provision of high quality and well-located housing, incorporating appropriate design, technology and support provision.

Beginning with two apartments in Abbotsford, Victoria, in 2013, this success was replicated in 2016, with 10 more apartments in the Hunter region of NSW. The next housing project is due for completion in mid-2018 in Fairfield, Victoria. Summer Housing looks to partner with governments, private developers, community housing providers and other stakeholders to increase the range and scale of diverse housing options available for people with disability.
