Tobias O’Hehir

Tobias comes to Summer Housing with more than a decade’s experience in the professional services and legal sector. He is experienced in guiding the growth of professional services organisations while also improving operational efficiencies.
Complementing his experience, Tobias is formally educated in law and communications, with a Bachelor of Arts (Communications and Professional Writing) from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the Legal Profession Admissions Board.
Tobias is a staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion. In 2021, his passion to build and support more inclusive workplaces and communities became personal when Tobias was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). The experience highlighted first-hand the significant barriers faced by people with a disability.
Tobias hopes by sharing his experience, passion, and access to resources he can help others overcome barriers of inequality and stigma and allow people with disability to contribute and live meaningful lives. His experience informs direct, specific actions to improve workplace access, ensuring meaningful contributions for employees and employers.
