Summer Housing is incredibly proud of our achievements and to publish our annual report for 2020/2021. Thank you to everyone who has supported us through our journey over the past year!
Summer Housing believes that our tenants and stakeholders have the right to complain and appeal decisions, without experiencing disadvantage or penalty in doing so. We encourage our tenants and stakeholders to submit complaints and appeals as we will use all outcomes and learnings from these processes in our continuous improvement approach to service delivery.
Information on the Summer Housing complaints process and details on how to lodge a complaint can be found within the below Complaints Policy and Complaints Form.
It has been a landmark year for Summer Housing together with our partners, stakeholders and supporters as we reached our initial goal to commission 300 dwellings for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) dwellings. Importantly, we have achieved this milestone two years ahead of target, delivering much needed housing for younger people living in or at risk of admission to residential aged care.
