Summer Housing has contributed to ensuring Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a sustainable asset class and is the largest sponsor of new-build SDA dwellings in Australia. To do this, Summer Housing has been at the forefront of partnering with investors to develop quality, independent living accommodation.
