Summer Housing’s apartments at The Parkhouse in Abbotsford completed in August 2020. The apartments meet the requirements of Livable Housing Australia (Platinum Level) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) High Physical Support.

The NDIS Design Standards for Specialist Disability Accommodation were announced in October 2019. Developers and builders of new SDA dwellings should take into account the SDA Design Standards when considering the applicable design requirements for their projects.
